Title: dude's quest help (spoilers)

Hey guys,
Can anyone help me with figuring out the number puzzle in dudes house? I'm talking about the console on the wall in front of the room with the mutants locked inside. I'm looking at the numbers and nothing is jumping out at me, am I missing something super obvious?

Thanks for the tip mate, still don't get it though.. I have all the numbers I just don't know what to do with them. Looks like I'm just killing the muties and moving on. Still love you to explain it to me if you can. I just googled around for answers but there isn't anything I can find.

Sum of all numbers present in a display line have to add to the 2 digit number from the code you need to input.
That was for me..no idea if is random and involves other math operations.
