Title: Locust hives.

Is there some way do deal with them i am not seeing?
At first they were annoying so i decided to craft an armor from infused heartbreaker serpent skin, this turn out to be pretty cool and they cant do damage at all.
But the problem is while they cant do damage they still have to finish their turn. Some hives you can blow with TNT in stealth, but not every one. Is there some way they do not spawn locust perhabs?

I have used sniper rifle to shoot them from the river so locusts cannot hit me at all. Of course it is not always possible especially in Fetid Marsh.

I have destroyed all the locust hives above ground, then killed locusts and, after that, I have never seen them spawning again.

Probably most annoying thing in whole DLC. Just gotta destroy every visible hive with any weapon.

So, you can survive, and just want to save time? Maybe speed up combat. Also, in the late game two assault rifle bursts will kill a hive, and only spawn 4-5 locusts. The cleanup is quick.

Grenades work really well blasting 5 to 6 locust at a time.

Fusion Gernades worked for me, along with the napalm gernades.
