Title: [Spoilers Expedition . . . kinda ?] Unique armor again

So, where is the Phantom armor ? I knida read that it is in posession of an assassin in a remote bar in Core City I never heard about and he warns us he'll come to kill us, and then he appears randomly trying indeed to assassinate us, even in our own house or something like that ?

Once you have completed the dlc you will be in possession of an item with many interested parties.  Depending on what you decide to do with it, you will be contacted once you return to core city from the Black Sea if you still have the item.
