Title: [Expedition Spoiler] Ghosts?

I just got to the boneyard way up north, and there are a couple ghosts in some spots. How can I kill them? Or just... get them to go away? I'd like to use the different hoist mechanisms but I can't while in combat, and I'm always in combat cuz these silly ghosts won't leave me alone. Anyone find a way to deal with them yet?

Don't disturb anything in the boneyard. Touching graves / taking stuff (anything, really) upsets the ghosts. So just leave stuff alone and beeline for the hoists.
