I'm worried because Prof got kidnapped while I was in Crimson Meadow.

I assume is referring to the possibility of player wiping Fort Crag and searching Lemurian Library before the kidnaping profesor triggers.(the idea crossed my mind and i will actually try it in another playthrough after i explore both obvious options)
