Title: Am i something miss during protectorate quest?

i completed all protectorate quest but i cant get chemical assault unit armor.

Fraser give me only cash and that is all, nothing more.  :o ???

Same for me, but I have visited Fort Apogee some time later, and armor was delivered to me.
