Title: No talk option with NPC

I noticed, that some pirate NPCs doesn't have talk option. Usually, when I put mouse cursor on any NPC it shows talk option. Is it supposed or bugged?

Yeah, that's a bug. All NPCs should have the option to be talked to. If you notice more of these, do let us know. :)

Fixed all NPCs on that map.
