Title: Spent ammo casings, how to get?

Is there a way to get them in bulk or do i just empty all my ammo against a rock and hope for the best?

Great question! I've pondered the same thing for my play through. As far as I am aware there is no merchant that sells ammo casings. I could be wrong though...

I remember finding casing in barrels and with other junk all over. There were few merchants that were selling but not in great amounts.
