Title: Taking this spear+shield build and using a sword instead

I was wondering how I could take the current build I'm using (http://underrail.info.tm/build/?Eg4GBgYDAwYAZABkAAAASUkAAGRkFDpkAAAAAAAATDnCgsKVwq8GwpTCrMKqS8KTJt-_ (http://underrail.info.tm/build/?Eg4GBgYDAwYAZABkAAAASUkAAGRkFDpkAAAAAAAATDnCgsKVwq8GwpTCrMKqS8KTJt-_)) and just replace the spear with a sword. What sort of perks would be optimal? Keep in mind, I'd still like to avoid Psi usage. I just want to get in their face and hack away, basically.
