Is it stackable? They both give 200% vs bullets.  :-\

The percentage isn't stackable but the DR/DT is.  So your vest gives +200%, your balaclava gives +200%.  If you vest is nominally 10 and your balaclava is nominally 2, then against bullets you get (10 x 3) + (2 x 3) for a total threshold of 36.

If you can buy 2 kevlar patches of any quality and make balaclava and tabis early on - it will defend you from gunfire in the earlygame, where it's mostly weak.[

Level 24 just before visiting the Deep Caverns and i still wear both.  ???

Metal Helmets are way to punishing for what they offer.

Googles are not very helpful for my Hammer build.

Black/aluminized/green cloth balaclavas, again, not useful for my build.
