Title: Psycho-temporal contraction and armor penalty

The move-point bonus ignores armor penalty like sprint on the turn that you cast it, but on following turns it doesn't.

Yeah, I noticed something off with it, but didn't understand what exactly. Nice catch!

It should ignore penalties. Fixed for the next update.
