Can it be done? Tichrome+armor sloping +nimble = 17 armor penalty, does it stack like this?
What character level do you get access to foundry/tichrome for calculating optimal feat progression?
What do we use until we get there, lightning punches + medium armor + nimble or metal armor + jugger?
Heres an idea of the feat progression. We start at 8 dex and max it

If tichrome comes later in the game we delay armor sloping and juggernaut until then, taking expose weakness, conditioning, paranoia, survival instincts etc.

Update: if you wear 35% armor penalty armor with nimble, lightning punches will NOT activate when I have exactly 20% armor penalty
Update: According to an old thread nimble+sloped armor can indeed allow lightning punes at least with SS, so it probably works for tichrome
Only time I made Metal gloves + Metal armor was to use lightest metal(Supersteel is MUST), armor sloping and nimble to proc lighting punches.

Juggernaut only proc with UNMODIFIED armor penalty, it means you will need 50% penalty AFTER slopping (but before nimble). It means that even with body weight traning and fully specced LP you will qualify LP only with 49% penalty or lower, so it makes this combo impossible. Still, you can qualify LP and wear metal armor.

Unmodified as a keyword means without modifiers. So taken literally that would be before nimble and armor sloping, not after. If it is as you say then the feat description is misleading with unmodified as a keyword.

When you look at a piece of armor in your inventory or a shop for example, you see XX% in red letters. That is armor penalty. If this is 50% or higher for body armor, Juggernaut should work. It is not exactly rocket science?
If we want to use Lightning Punches we have combined max armor penalty of 34% (or 39% after specializing if we blow our points here) so that we can get it down to 19% effective value with Nimble. (Waiting until lvl 26 for Body Weight Training is silly, by that time most of the game is over.)
