Hello,

Is there a time limit for finishing the DLC main quest?

Is suppy consumption at the camp time based or event based?(Like if you complete some quest)

If you run out of supplies for your camp, you fail the quest?

there is a time limit on the main quest. after 4 or 5 Sormirbaeren attacks the camp runs out of supplies and leaves the Black Sea.

if you run out of supplies, the completing the main quest is still possible, but Aegis will have left the Black Sea

I'm wondering - if you'll genocide Natives after their initial attack and thus avoid any more raids - will Aegis stay indefinitely?

No. The supplies trickle down over time, but its VERY slow. So without any attacks it could take a lot of time for them to leave,
