Title: Saving Taking really Long?

I just came from the demo and bought the alpha on Desura, it isn't working on my desktop so I've started playing on my laptop.

I don't recall exactly how long it took to save during the demo, but I know that it was at least 5 times faster than saving in the alpha seems to be.

Anything I can do about this? : /

EDIT: I reinstalled and got the game working on my Desktop, it seems it's just my laptop where saving takes a while.

I'm aware that the saving times grow quite long once you get further into the game. I will look into optimizing this in the future.
