Title: Getting away with murder

Currently at The Rig and wondering if I'm able to pick off faction members without turning the whole place hostile if no one notices me doing it?

Depends who you target, if you target Black Eels then only the Black Eels will turn hostile and you will be able to visit the bar normally later.
