Will we ever get one? I'm sure people would have great time expanding places such as the old junkyard, or even making omega station an accessible area.

This game would really benefit from a modding community, hope he does decide to release them eventually.

I'd be curious to see what the in-house tools even look like at this point.

Let's just say not quite as polished as commercial game dev tools. ;)

Well, hey, don't forget what the Fallout 1 and 2 editor looked like. You couldn't even copy paste objects.
