Title: Annoying noise in xpbl_lemuriaoutside.ogg

There's this annoying high pitch whine in this music file. I used Audacity's spectrogram and found it to be a constant ~7khz tone. Applying an equalizer filter solves the problem. Details here (https://imgur.com/a/NCoKjQo).
