Title: Protectorate Firearm omnilube

Protectorate Firearm omnilube will only show up for "all" or "non-plot" inventory screen. I think it should be under "tools" just like a repair kit.

This item is also bugged. Once you use up the last shot with the omnilube buff, the game crashes.

Can confirm. Just test this, by launching Underrail w/ Steam. The game & Steam both crashed when I used up the last shot w/ the omnilube buff.

Omnilube last shot won't crash the game now.

Maybe this is for the next update (?) but omnilube is still only showing up when you select "all" or "non-plot" tab instead of "tools".

On a related note, I think psi mentor should also show up under "tools" as well instead of just "all" or "non-plot".
