I made an animated artwork for the new steam library for my favorite RPG:

looks cool! you got the UnderRail flicker spot on. reminds me of the motion graphics they did at the end of the Expedition trailer: https://youtu.be/3dnKxV5tpuM?t=178

It looks so comfy, and that flickering is so good that I'm started to hear that annoying electricity hum and flickering light bulb noises

Nice. You can actual make custom box shots for the game in your library?

Yeah, the new Steam library has a button for "Your collections".
It lists games as these big icons.

If you right click one of the icons you get a menu with options.
One of those options is "Manage", and you can set a custom icon under that.
