Title: Big frame rate drops at coretech, it's fixed

Only on the first floor of coretech, speeding up the game seems to make it worse. It's so bad it's almost unplayable. Note did not happen the first time I was there might have something to do with starting the questline, or entering the area a number of times.
Bug was fixed in the most recent patch.

I have exactly the same issue. Also later got a "zone transition failed" error in this area.

Fixed for the next update (coming today probably).
