Title: Is Leading Shot bugged?

The only shotgun feat procs i get are shell count, pellet mayhem and barrel stare, but no leading shot, no mater how far away i am from the target.

I doesn't didplay any scrolling text. The hit chance displayed when targeting already takes it into account.
