Title: Not working as intended Thermodynamicity

As in Title Thermodynamicity doesint reduce psi point cost on abilities i'v made brand new psi user and when i use cryokinesis that should lover cost of pyrokinessis by 50% but that just doesint happend.

It is.  OP just misread the feat description.
