I don't think styg would be willing to rework the game's engine just to get it working on a mobile device. Anyway if you want to play the game while on the move get a laptop.

It's probably doable on windows phone / Xbox, since there's native support throughout Windows 10
Level cap removal has been suggested for years and will never be implemented, unless someone managed to crack down modding scene. Even CE can't even remove level cap afaik

Well.

I use a certain table which is "kinda" able to break the cap.

You can't really level on, but you can increase your level each time you hit the required xp.

Then add spec/base/skill/featpoints like you would get through normal leveling and set your xp-count to 0.
