Title: Toggle-able highlight items

Basically option to enables highlighting item to be toggled on or off, rather than keep holding it. It's just pure QoL that should be extremely easy to implement.

i agree with this, it won't change the user experience in general as it could be changed in the options menu.
players can choose either method of highlighting.
