Title: Possible bug with coretech warehouse agents

During the coretech warehouse assault, the coretech agents are wearing stealthy tacvests rather than the new coretech armor.  Not sure if that's a bug or not but I figured I'd report it.

It is a bug. Fixed for the next patch.
