Besides coretech where can I reliably find theese things

In my experience, reliably you only find them as special merchandise from Core Tech Faction Store. Gort had one once, but this is very rare. I don't remember seeing them at the Institute. Must be some monopoly thing ;)

That expedition shop is quite often selling them. But highest quality usually sold by core tech w/ high enough barter

Blaine sometimes has them, and I want to say Ive seen them at other electronic merchants on occasion. Not reliable though.
