Title: Fire and Giant Weaver spiderweb

Fire used to completely burn away Giant Weaver spiderweb. Now when you throw incendiary grenade on spiderweb the graphic part of the spiderweb will "burn" away but if you step on the "clean" tile you still get slow (web) status.

Does this fix includes the fire from psi abilities such as Pyrokinesis, Pyrokinetic Stream and Exothermic Aura?

Only the fire that actually stays on the ground, so only the third one.
