Title: Carved up when no damage dealt?

Is it intentional that if a machete does no damage to the target, that they're still "carved up"?

Seems like a bug...  not ?

If a weapon impact but is cero the damage, the debuffs dont be landed..  i think..

Hmm, I'm going to need more context here, because from looking at the code, it shouldn't be possible.

Screenshot of the combat log would be nice.
