Title: I can't get the game to go into fullscreen

Hi all,

I am attempting to play UnderRail on Steam on Windows 10. I have tried verifying the files, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I checked my driver and it was up to date, but, no cigar. What is happening is that my native resolution is 1080p, I can't change the resolution or get the game to go into full screen. My game is stuck at  1024x768 (4:3) and in windowed mode. Also, if the cursor get's too close to the bottom of the window I can see the default windows cursor under the window.

Delete Documents\My Games\Underrail\config.dat
