Title: I can't finish investigate lemurian health center quest

Hello

I have problem with this quest . Currently I have :

- microchip implant encoder ( Nexus of technology)
- security command office keycard (Joint seccurity headquaters)
- fold-M 7 ( lemurian health center)
- Phil's microchip implant ( lemurian health center)
- microchip implatation room key ( lemurian health center)
and 1 feats related for this quest  ;) ( I have will 3 )

I used console "microchip implatation / extraction unit" and I can't repair power box for MRI scanner ( i have 0 electronics skill ) and now there is nobody in this building. I can talk with Proffesor OLdfield but he doesn't accept  quest.

How to return power on mri scanner or finish this quest?

I repeated quest  ( on dominating level ) and finished 2 Black Sea quests (found a microchip  and implanted Phil's bridges microchip) . I did it everything according to underail wiki but when I come to professor he still doesn't accept Black Sea expedition quest.

Any hints ?

You don't need to repair the MRI scanner I think that's just a method for dealing with the robots. Did you go to the morgue and talk to the robot there?

have you used the Encoder to upgrade your Implant?
and the professor doesn't really "give" you quests, he just want you to investigate and return with whatever info you may get from exploring the Black Sea. you start quests (mostly) not from the professor, but from each location, when you enter a location, the corresponding quest will then start.

Yes I used encoder ( got experience ) professor give 2 quests ( check 2 locations )  maybe I must check also second location.  Unfortunatelly on domination level I couldn't defend the base so I can't finish quest but I will keep the savegame.

Lemurian health center should be finished once you get to the morgue and leave, maybe you need to implant the microchip into your arm? Have you called the professor using the navcom and told him everything?

Microchip is implemented in my arm ( I finished this quest on "Black Sea" notes ) when I try to talk with professor by NavCom device or personally I have no answer to finish lemurian health center quest.

Problem solved , I forgot to put Phil's Microchip Implant in the machine ...
