Title: Can't ask doc m about why the muties live so long

When i ask wesley why they live so long he tells me to ask doc m but i can't ask doc m.

"What can you tell me about this community?" contains the questions related to the subjects of mutie longevity, way of life (and will to live) and such.

Oh so it's like when asking questions about the ferryman, and getting different dialogue when he trust you more.

The Black Sea muties will have more dialog options unlocked if they trust you more, yes, but the doctor should have most of his questions unlocked from the start.
