Title: Can't continue Expedition Quests

I've managed to open The Keep and I chose to take a break instead of continuing immediately with the main quests in order to go and visit Core City. Now that I'm back, I can't get either Professor Oldfield or Chief Briggs or anyone else to continue with the main quests. I have no idea what's going on and its quite irritating as I don't want to have to redo all of Expedition over again.

They should contact you and give you new quests some time after opening the Keep. The thing is, the timers for the Expedition content freeze when you leave the Black Sea, so that's probably the reason you missed it. To trigger the new quest in the main storyline instantly, you can go and rest in your bed at the camp...
