Title: Utility Bot from Battery trouble mission, movement speed error

Hi!
I have noticed that utility bot moves slower if character is over loaded. I dropped items from inventory to unload character and bot speed was increased. I did not test if there is "red" over load relation to bot speed, meaning bot will not move if character has "red" load and is not capable of moving.

That's cause speeding up the game does not work if you're encumbered.
