Title: Is there a any way to save cliff near junkyard?

I talked to him, then he says he needs a doctor. So I just wen to the fixer in the junkyard. And no dialogue. So is it possible to save this guy? Sure I bandaged him before I go.

Yes, you need to have the "Doctor" feat.
Sorry for the necromancy, I just didn't have Internet the last weeks.
