Title: Can't click on statue at Black Sea entrance?

I can hover over it and there's the hand sign, i try to click it and nothing happens. Both from sea tile, and from the outside of cave, and tried inside. Ive tried using dude juice but nothing happens.

You shouldn't be able to reach it until you climb all the way to the top. Fixed so that it doesn't appear clickable unless that is the case.

Ive reached the top from the pirate base, in the place there's an eye icon and you can watch black sea from there. Still can't click there.
