Title: Pyrokinetic Stream and Telekinetic Proxy can't critically hit

It might actually be intended but in such case the description needs to include it.
Temporal Disortion can't crit and it's included in its description.

There are other abilities that might need that information as well:
- Thermodynamic Destabilization
- Entropic Recurrence


In case of Proxy i'm talking about damage it deals when it moves.
