Title: Gorsky not clearing up at former Black Crawler base

I completed the Gorsky quest line in Core City weeks ago, but whenever I come back to the former Black Crawler base, I get the same dialog about them needing to clean up and get a merchant.

Found it. Fixed for the next patch.
