Title: Can't go back to Silent Isle

So when I first got the quest to go to Silent Isle, I didn't have enough TC to acquire Bilocation, now that I have 35 TC, I wanted to go back, but whenever I ask captain Broderick to take me there, he just takes my 50 coins and does nothing, the game just flashes and nothing happens, and verifying file integrity nets no missing stuff.

Fixed for the next hotfix. Should be out soon.
