Title: Fort Apogee messed up hostility (experimental patch)

You can equip weapons inside the offices but the moment you equip an utility item everyone becomes hostile

What weapon were you using? Everything works as intended for me.

I literally cannot remember, maybe it counted any utility item including harmless ones?

Could be. I'll note it. Maybe it needs some tweaking.
