Title: riot gear update?

Riot gears now have 100% DR/DT increase against melee (up from 75%) in the latest build?
Maybe I missed a patch note.

Hotfix 1.1.0.9 : Changed the riot gear mechanical damage resistance and threshold bonuses against melee attacks to 100% (up from 75%). Will be applied retroactively.
