Title: Ethans medallion

i fucking picked ethans medallion at sgs and i saw him at hard core city bar and ive never felt so bad in my life, i gave it back but will he return to normal? i felt like i actually harmed a real human the way he was frantically looking for it. i gave it back at CC bar will he appear somewhere new please someone help i wanna cry. ):

What's the deal with Ethan's medallion? He wouldn't let me look at it and my pickpocket skill wasn't high enough.

Some of his dialog actually hints at what the medallion is for.

Remember that a master Time Manipulator needs a lot of experience, and users of such psi may experience time differently
