Title: My build is ruined!

I wanted to do a bleed stack build, i just started and put two serrated blades on my metal armor and instead of giving two chances to add bleed, it seems it just added the damage together!  What the hell.. my poor shredder build..

Yep, only bother with one set of blades.  You can still get more chances with certain weapons, and also boots if you fight with your fists.  Micro-shrapnel 7.62 bullets, nail bombs, bear traps, anything that gives bleed.
