Title: Refilling Psi points

Is there any other way in refilling psi points, other than buying psi boosters or being a shroom head?

Not at the moment no. And before you ask - resting to refill psi won't be implemented. :P

I suggest resting in settling places like Inns and house would refill it, maybe like, pay for 3 stygian coins or 10 sgs credits for inns but the only disadvantage to this kind of system is that you have to be in settlements  :)
