Title: Sewers Puppy

Am I supposed to be able to feed a certain dog in the sewers after being exposed to a very, very, bad gas? Doesn't seem to be possible even with an inventory full of food.

You have to look for a certain trapped hopper nearby and "catch" it. Only after that, you'll be able to offer specifically hopper meat to the dogs.
