Title: Water treatment mushroom bug

In the TC water treatment plant variation, this mushroom is a ghost after it grows back.  Upper right hand corner of top level.

The mindshroom right next to Mlan Ratula also does this.  Could be global?

Maybe. I've added a few extra lines to the code dealing with mindshroom regrowth (just in case!) and fixed the Forlorn Stations one.
