Title: How to charge H4XX0R?

I just got to a electronically locked box and i went to go select me H4XX0R but it had a red box over it, i inspected further and it said Charge: 0/30. So I'm wondering how do you charge this thing. Does anyone know how to?

You need batteries to charge it, if you have a battery, right click it and choose the recharge item radial menu option and use it on the haxxor.
