Title: Jack Quicksilver

So after completing the associated quest, where does he return to?  The Wiki says the Hub, which is described as an area not in the game yet.  Is Jack gone in my playthrough? 

As an aside:  does someone else sell mechanical lockpicks ?

As far as I know Jack disappears  after completing the quest. Lockpicks can be bought at a lot of vendors, if you can't find any lockpicks in the SGS (which I doubt), I am sure you can find some at the Junkyard. Since the lockpicks are so cheap I always buy a lot of them so I won't run out.

One of the guys in engineering sells lockpicks in the SGS.

Regular lockpicks I can find.

Mechanical lockpicks are a rare commodity.  He's the only vendor I've found for those.

Ah, the +5 skill ones? Junkyard, I think two or three vendors over there. (IIRC both of the gang junk vendors, and one of the independant junk vendors).
