So i was thinking how to implement new ways of scaling into the game to diversify building of character and this one of the ideas i come up with.
Charge attack-is a new feat which allows you to convert your distance travelled into melee damage.Each tile will give additive % bonus of your damage.Its can be active ability or passive effect.I thought of it when i was doing my 20 agi run.Its a push to even out base stats in game.Also it may gain unique bonuses depending on your weapon type but in my opinion its excessive but would be cool.

Charge attack
requirements:sprint, 12 agility
Use your superiour speed to empower next melee attack.Activate ability to start gaining bonus damage and you need to run minimum of 2 tiles to get bonus going.Damage calculated:base damage*(1+0.2 for each tile traveled).Cooldown of 1 turn

there would be also 2 specs
damage one (10 points to double damage) and reducing wind up distance (3 points to remove wind up)

I think the main problem is there is already a ton of incentive to be really fast as a melee character. Theres not many reasons to be slow and tanky.

this one just allow to build your char different than usual.Being able to move as melee is crucial since range enemeis will constantly try to run away

Pigs and warthogs already have a charge attack, I can dig the idea of a charge attack usable by the player too.
