Title: Boot spring in shops

It's non existent. I've seen it only once in shop in a full playthorugh. Am i just unlucky or it supposed to be this rare?

Where? I didn't even told you where i looked. The only place i haven't tried is institute shop because i gave up at that point and got used to 0 mp playstyle.

oscar, praetorians, coretech, mechanical vendors, constantine, hanna.Almost every shop in the game sell them

I swear the moment my build depends on a specific component, shops don't sell it. I remember having playthroughs where I couldn't find Goggles Frames anywhere.

Honestly wish there were more guaranteed spawns on specific vendors.

It's uncommon, but not too rare.  Armory merchants sometimes have it, but engineer merchants seem to have it the most.
