Title: Plasma Beam doesn't receive AP cost reduction from Thermodynamicity

Unsure if this is a bug or not, but on the wiki Plasma Beam is labeled as an Energy/Heat type, and does Heat damage. Therefore, Plasma Beam should benefit from the Thermodynamicity AP cost reduction, right?
